Shipping and Return Policy
We offer shipments worldwide. Please note that there are some geographical limitations if we don’t find a suitable courier for some remote areas. In such cases, the order will not be processed and you will be promptly informed.
Once you place the order, you’ll be notified with the ETA. Usually, for worldwide shipments it takes within 48 business hours to arrive.
Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout and applied to your order. They are comprehensive in shipping insurance, duty and VAT taxes.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping costs due to bounced/undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We do accept returns and we credit refunds to the original form of payments, excluding shipping fees on the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the piece back. All shipping fees for the return item are on the sender and will not be refunded.
LUMI reserves the right to refuse any refund requests if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused.
You're entitled to receive a refund if:
- you ship the product to us within 15 days from the dispatch of the product
- the item is unused and with the tag on it.

Personalized items are excluded from the return policy.
Items purchased from Flash sales are excluded from the return policy.
