Are all you items adjustable?

All our chains for bracelets, anklets, pendants  and necklaces are adjustable, unless otherwise stated. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on your country of residence. Check shipment page to calculate shipping fee and ETA.

What color and clarity do you use?

We use I-J color and SI1/SI2 diamond clarity.

Do you have a physical store?

As for the moment, you can only find us on our online ecommerce.

Do earrings come with ear backs?

Yes, all earrings do. Unless otherwise stated.

Can I personalize an item?

Yes, you can personalize some items. Please drop us an email at [email protected] to know more.

How long will it take for a sold out item to come back to stock?

Being manufacturers allows us to have a lot of back stock and also to be able to replenish our stock very quickly. 

The status of each product (backordered, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.

Can I pre order?

Yes you can pre order all items. When pre ordering an item, you’ll immediately be given an estimated shipping date. You can pre-order items or simply activate notifications to receive a message when the item you are looking for is back in stock.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, through ‘my orders’ page. Please note that once the item has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel the order.

Which payments do you accept?

Do you have special gift pouches?

Every purchase comes with its own pouch and box as a gift. Let us know if you have any special request by dropping us an email at [email protected].

Do you have gift cards?

Unfortunately, as for the moment, we don’t . But you can check our section Gift ideas and gifts under $500 to get some ideas and surprise your beloved ones.

Do you sell chain only?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell just chains. However, all our pendants come with 18k gold chain.

Which kind of closure do you use for your chains?

We use spring ring closure for all our necklaces, pendants, bracelets and anklets chains.

Do you sell gold items only?

Unfortunately, we don’t sell just gold items . All our items are made of 18k gold but they are always combined with diamonds, enamel or precious gemstones.

Which ring size is correct? Can you resize?

You can check the ring size chart when selecting your ring or in the caring for you - ring sizer section. If you still are unsure about your size, contact us via email.

The majority of our rings are easy resizable. Please note that not all rings are resizable.
